Represented Massey Ventures in connection with the sale of the New Zealand Veterinary Pathology (NZVP) business to a wholly owned subsidiary of IDEXX Laboratories Inc (a US listed company and leading provider of veterinary diagnostic services globally).
My involvement included an active role in the commercial negotiations and representing Massey Ventures (as a 36% shareholder) on the NZVP board.
