Advised New York based private equity investor Evergreen Capital on the acquisition of the Armourguard Security business in New Zealand (around 1500 employees and operating from 15 leased properties) and the Guardforce business in Fiji (Fiji’s largest employer).
Advised Triplejump Holdings in respect of its capital raising (heavily oversubscribed), associated constitutional changes and adoption of employee option and convertible note plans. Also advised Im Able, Pictor and Viridian Solutions respectively in connection with successful capital raisings.
Advised On Board Marine on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in JDC Marine, the distributor of Riviera boats in New Zealand.
