Acted for the shareholders of NZ Tertiary Education Group (otherwise known as Cornerstone Group) in respect of the sale of that group of companies to Aspire2 Group, (ultimately controlled by leading Australian private equity firm, Archer Capital), as part of the roll-up and sale of 5 privately owned education groups.
Also acted for the same shareholders and related parties in respect of the sale of their founder interests in Aspire2 to the Archer Capital controlled holding company.
Acted for the shareholder of Safety-N Action Ltd in respect of the separate sale of that company to Aspire2 Group (as part of the same industry roll up).
